What do we make and how do we do it?

ReThink Lighting makes high-efficiency LED landscape lighting that is 80% more efficient than conventional landscape lighting. Our lighting is manufactured from solid 6061 T-6 aluminum or C630 brass.

Light parts are immersion powder coated in a variety of available gloss color finishes or can be anodized (an electromechanical process that molecular bonds color into the metal). Lights are available in 3000k color as a standard. Other temps are available upon request.

Cree X-lamp XRE and MCE LEDs are used as the light source. Optics from Khatod Optoelectronic, an Italian optics company, are used to provide efficient beam control. Lights are assembled using stainless steel hardware, silicone O-rings, and epoxy glues that are VOC compliant with LEDs.

What makes our products superior to other similar products?

• Custom machining and tight SPC (statistical process control).
• Completely field serviceable (LED can be removed from light body with quick disconnect feature).
• Solid body construction insure stable operating temperatures and consistent light output (stable color temperatures).
• Cree's tight binning standards (the factor that defines the color the LED produces) also provide consistent light output.
• Energy Star rated performance pending. ETL/ULC Certifications are pending.
• LED driver (providing stable DC voltage to the LED with a current inrush protection) uses high-quality capacitors and is isolated from the fixture for heat management and is conformal coated in a five-step process to provide maximum protection prior to being completely encapsulated.
• Fixtures are highly suited for harsh environments such as costal areas and mountainous regions. Fixtures have been in operation in these environments for 2-plus years without any device failures.

Are our products covered by warranty?

Yes. The standard warranty is 3 years on the electronic components, 10 years on the light body. See detailed warranty for terms.

Are our products now available for sale?

Yes, with a 4-6 week lead time on the first order. Orders going forward for existing accounts are shipped in 5-7 days. Wholesale and quantity discounts are available per distributor agreement.
